PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NS COBALT 6-1 is a hardfacing casting rods with good welding quality, appearance and homogenous chemical composition, are manufactured by the continuous casting high technology. The deposits are Co-Cr-W alloys, it has excellent resistance to corrosion, erosion, impact, thermal shock and adhesive wear over wide range below 800 °C.
APPLICATIONS AND MATERIALS TO BE WELDED
It is suitable for the condition of high temperature, wear and corrosion, such as: hot shear blades, bearing inside and outside ring, blanking blades, and shaft. Also used in the conditions of a combination of high temperature and impact, such as : hot forging dies, blanking dies
OTHER DATA
NS Cobalt-6-1 will work harden at room temperature from some HRC 45 to HRC 55, but hot hardness is unchanged.
