NSR Ti-7 has the same mechanical properties as NSR Ti-2, but the 0.12 wt.% palladium addition improves corrosion performance under mildly reducing conditions or where crevice or under deposit corrosion is a problem. It is used for process equipment like pressure vessels, columns, tanks, heat exchangers, shafts, blowers and fans, condenser tubing, valves, fittings, and pipe. Materials to be welded include : ASTM B 265 Grade 2 & 7 (plate, strip and sheet) ASTM B 348 Grade 2 & 7 (bar) ASTM B 338 Grade 2 & 7 (tube) ASTM B 363 Grade 2 & 7 (fitting)
