PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SF-530 is an agglomerated aluminate-rutile type flux for welding of structural steel in combination with appropriate SAW wire such as SW-12M (AWS A5.17 EM12K). It has excellent slag removal, beautiful bead appearance and welding defects such as pits and porosity scarcely occurred.
APPLICATIONS AND MATERIALS TO BE WELDED
SF-530 is suited to twin-wire, tandem and multi-wire welding at high speeds for construction, small pressure vessel (such as small LPG store cylinder), thin wall thickness pipeline.
