PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Copper-coated gas protection welding rod which used for class 550- 600 N/mm² low-alloy steels. Addition of appropriate titanium enables formation ne grain such as TiN under limited energy condition. In addition, addition of titanium is favorable to stability of arc and reduction of splashes. Meanwhile, the S, P content shall be controlled strictly to obtain good overall mechanical performance of welding seam.
WELDING FEATURES OF THE ELECTRODE
It provides good weldability with better fusion in root pass welding of pipes,excellent arc stability and low spatters.
APPLICATIONS AND MATERIALS TO BE WELDED
This filler rod mainly used for welding of high-strength low-alloy steels of class 550 N/mm² in ship, pipeline, engineering machinery, container, petroleum chemicals, boiler, pressure vessel, bridge, lifting and transportation equipment, high-rise buildings and steel structure.
